ABHYHANGA AYURVEDA MASSAGE

Full Body massage with herbal oils specific to individual needs. Offered in tandem with 2 therapists for a “4 Handed” massage or with a single therapist for “2 Handed”.  This massage flushes the lymphatic system, supporting circulation, while tonifying and relaxing the nervous system.

SHIRODHARA

Warm, dosha specific herbal oils streamed from a copper vessel continuously over the forehead and crown.  This therapy treat the mind, is great for all emotional or mental imbalances, as well as for addressing issues such as headaches, energy imbalances, eye strain, TMJ, dental work or any pains in the head.

• 60 minutes ~ $110 including Neck, Shoulders & Head Massage 

• 45 minute Add-on to any other therapy ~ $75

SVEDHANA HERBAL STEAM 

Detoxifying herbal steam used after oils have been applied to the body. Can be done as a stand alone treatment or in conjunction with any other body treatment.

BLISS THERAPY 

This age-old complete relaxation and detoxification sequence combines Abhyanga, Shirodhara and Svedhana into a session of Loving Bliss.  Take a self care day, combining a nature walk, a book, a bath and a Bliss Therapy into a day of total Rejuvenation.
